1. Complaint Letter (Defective Product / Bad Service)

Intro: "I regret to inform you that the [Product] purchased vide Cash Memo No. [123] dated [Date] is not functioning properly."
Body: "It stopped working after…", "The screen is flickering…", "The service was ignorant…"
Ending: "I request you to replace the item or refund the money as per the terms of guarantee."

2. Inquiry Letter (Courses / Tour Packages)

🚫 Common Mistakes (Don't do these!)

❌ Don't write: "Yours' faithfully" (No apostrophe! Correct: Yours).
❌ Don't write: "I want to say..." (Too informal. Use: "I wish to state...").
❌ Analytical Para: Don't just list numbers (e.g., "A is 10, B is 20"). COMPARE them (e.g., "B is double of A").
